A wellness practitioner for over 25 years, Jill approaches health through movement, habit building, restorative practices, energy work, nutrition and reconnection to nature.
As a Board Certified Master Health and Wellness Coach, Jill combines education, energy work and intuitive consultation to craft unique wellness offerings.
Movement is part of her medicine.
Jill teaches functional strength, eastern arts, corrective exercises and more.
Her background as a competitive swimmer, Alaskan Backcountry guide and permaculture farmer give her coaching style an engaged, grounded and full body approach.
Her mission is to support and empower her clients as they discover their unique path to wellness.
Jill uses deep listening, hands on touch, and science-based knowledge to co-create customized programs with her clients that lead to lasting lifestyle changes. As a guide she acts with empathy, encouragement and humor to help others on the path of transformation.
Jill has a Bachelor’s degree from Naropa University in the Arts, minoring in the Contemplative Eastern Arts of Yoga, Aikido and Meditation. (See her Credentials)
Her education crosses many disciplines, areas of passion that were developed out of love, curiosity, and necessity on her own healing path which began in her late teens’. (See A Note)
Jill began her first private apprenticeship in the healing arts in Hong Kong and Bali in 1998. Since, she has trained with masters from Africa, Asia, Europe, North and South America. Her studies include energy work, body work, one-on-one consultations, rituals, group facilitation, western herbs, wild medicinals and whole food nutrition.
Jill has a deep love of laughter, food and fun. In her free time she enjoys creating art, being with community and connecting with animals. In between adventures, you will find her spending quiet days reading and resetting in nature.
